Our YouTube channels

Our videos are published on YouTube. When you watch, comment, like or subscribe, Google processes your data under the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube gives us only aggregated, anonymous statistics about our videos (for example views, watch time and audience regions). We can see public comments and usernames on our videos, and we may reply to them or remove them under our community rules.

Lanternling Studio (our publishing tool)

Lanternling Studio is an internal tool that uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you email us

If you write to hello@lanternling.com, we use your name, address and message only to reply and to handle your request. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose, and for up to 3 years if it concerns a business arrangement. Our email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google mail services.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Some of our service providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@lanternling.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Children

Our website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Channels made for kids follow YouTube's rules for such content, under which comments and personalized ads are turned off.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
